A few notes on communication:
- We are skilled in modern communications – Line/Skype and What’sApp are our favorite communication methods. If you use these, we would prefer conversing that way.
- E-mail is also good.
- We do use the phone, but we also feel it is the least efficient communication method. That stated, “the customer is always right”, so if you wish to use the phone, we will as well. While we try to answer every call, sometimes workload dictates we cannot. If that is the case, simply leave a message. We will return your call (you won’t need to call again.)
- When you first contact us, try and have as much of the following information available as possible:
- Name/street/house number.
- The problem (leaks water, not cooling, making noise, etc.)
- The make and model of the aircon.
- If you can take a quick picture of it (both outside and inside units), that would help. Also, a picture of the nameplate would be good:
